A light freeze is expected on Friday morning especially across areas along and east of a line from Grenada to Morton to Laurel. Areas of frost are expected mainly across those areas. Elsewhere, patchy frost will be possible Friday morning, especially along and east of the Mississippi River. After an early start to the growing season, these conditions could continue to cause damage to unprotected sensitive vegetation early Friday morning.
