Beginning July 1st, Mississippians can now add their cell phone number to the “No Call” list. You can register your cell phone by signing up at https://www.psc.state.ms.us or call 1-800-356-6430. Once you sign up, it will take a couple of months for it to make the list. After that, you can call in and report a complaint. This does not stop all calls, since some are exempt from the law, and calls made from foreign countries are not subject to this law as well. However, over 2.7 million dollars in fines have been collected on businesses who attempt to ignore the “No Call” list.
