Kendarious Brister, 23 years old of Foxworth, was booked into the Marion County Jail several hours after the Marion County Sheriff’s Office responded to 108 Old Morgantown Road on Friday night, February 10th around 7 p.m. When the MCSO arrived on the scene Friday night, they found Calen Malek Shaw, 20 years old, shot dead in the driveway. Investigators were able to identify Brister as a suspect early on in the investigation and then proceeded to his arrest.
