A second arrest in the murder of a Foxworth man has been made today according to Sheriff Berkley Hall. Charles Cleveland Lewis 22, of Foxworth was arrested in connection with the February 10th murder of Calen Malek Shaw. Lewis is also charged with conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery and Armed Robbery. On February 10th, Shaw was discovered by Marion County deputies at 108 Old Morgantown Road. Soon afterward, Kendarious Brister 23, was arrested and charged with murder. Brister and Lewis appeared for an initial appearance in Marion County Justice Court. Lewis’ bond was set at $100,000 and Brister’s increased to $1,100,000 due to an additional charge of Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery and Armed Robbery . The investigation is still ongoing.
