If you live in Covington, Jefferson Davis or Jones County and suffered losses as a result of the April 12 tornadoes and storms, you may be eligible to receive disaster assistance from FEMA.
Make sure to call your insurance company first then call FEMA. To register online, go to www.disasterassistance.gov, or you may call the FEMA helpline at 800-621-3362. The line is open every day from 6am-9pm local time.
The deadline to register for FEMA assistance is June 15, 2020.
